Converts RV Water Heaters to Gas/Electric!
With the Original Hott Rod XP, you can enjoy the benefits of a hot water system in your RV that doesn’t rely on propane.
Discover for yourself the benefits of the Hott Rod. It is time proven for safe quiet operation while providing generous supplies of hot water. The propane system remains intact for those times when hookups are not available, and just like your hot water at home, the temperature is fully adjustable.
The system requires virtually no maintenance, and with its low wattage there will be no interference with other electrical appliances. The reliability of the Hott Rod has been proven by thousands of RV owners worldwide and in commercial uses ranging from government housing to campground rental trailers.
Designed to operate on 110V AC (240V available outside USA) which can be provided through hook up or RV generator, universal 6 gallon kits are rated at 450 watts and draw about 4 amps. Universal 10 gallon kits are rated 675 watts, and these draw about 6 amps. Initial heat up times will vary with conditions. Full temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit should be reached within 45 to 90 min.
Should a faster heat up be required, the propane system can be used along with the Hott Rod. Typical customer reaction indicates about 25% more hot water with the Hott Rod. Specifically designed and engineered to provide maximum hot water performance, the Hott Rod has a worldwide reputation build on quality and service. See for yourself what thousands of RV owners worldwide have discovered.
